- Registration & Payment
• Full payment is required prior to the start of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Certification will not be issued until all course requirements and payments are completed.

- Cancellation & Rescheduling
Public Classes
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class may be rescheduled once at no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
On-Site / Corporate Training
• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Class Cancellations by Us
• Innisfil CPR & First Aid reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants will be offered a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

• No refunds are issued once training has started.
• E-learning or blended learning components are non-refundable once accessed.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

- Certification Requirements (Heart & Stroke Compliance)
• Certification is issued only after:
• Full course attendance
• Successful completion of all skills and knowledge evaluations
• Compliance with Heart & Stroke Foundation standards
• Failure to meet these requirements may result in no certification, without refund.
• Innisfil CPR & First Aid is an independent training provider and is not the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

• CPR and First Aid training involves physical activity.
• Participants must advise the instructor of any medical or physical limitations prior to training.
• Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
• We reserve the right to remove participants who pose a safety risk or are disruptive, without refund.

• Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain course integrity.
• Children, guests, or pets are not permitted unless pre-approved.
